An AAP Wilmington Senior Rep Team in Wilmington, YES PLEASE! There’s nothing better than starting a new season with laughter, flowers, and really good food and that’s exactly how we kicked off the Wilmington Senior Rep Team this year! We gathered at The Getaway Café in Wilmington for a cozy afternoon that felt equal parts celebration and girls’ day out.

We opened the afternoon with a hands-on floral bouquet bar. Each senior picked stems and greenery to create a bouquet that matched her style. While the bouquets came together, the café served up the most delicious plates (truly… every bite disappeared!). It was relaxed, chatty, and the perfect way to break the ice.

After the café, we made our way to the Wilmington waterway for photos. The breeze, the soft light, and those just-right pastel colors gave us that light + airy look I love. We mixed individual portraits with bestie shots—plenty of movement, natural smiles, and a few candid moments that feel like summer bottled up. The girls were effortless and radiant; it was the kind of session where the time flew by because we were having so much fun.
